These Terms of Service apply to your use of dreamridgeexcavating.com (the “site”), operated by Dream Ridge Excavating, LLC (“Dream Ridge”, “we”, “us”), an excavation, septic and site work contractor based in Toponas, Colorado. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on This Site

The content on this site, including service descriptions, guides, project examples and answers to common questions, is general information about excavation, septic and site work. It is not engineering, surveying, legal or permitting advice for your property. Every site is different. Soil conditions, slope, drainage, access, water rights and county permit requirements all change what can be built and how, and only a visit to the property can confirm them. Please contact us before relying on anything on this site for a decision.

Permit rules and fees are set by each county and change over time. Where the site describes a permit process, check the current requirements with the county before you plan around them. Our septic installer registration is with Routt County, as described on our septic pages.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Estimates and Contracts

Requesting an estimate through this site, by phone or by any other means does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any price, timeline or scope discussed online or by phone is a preliminary estimate only. Work is governed solely by a written estimate or agreement accepted by you and Dream Ridge. If anything on this site conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement controls.
